Meta / Google / TikTok Account Manager or PPC Specialist

About the role

A fast-growing U.S.-based direct-to-consumer eCommerce business is looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition. The ideal candidate has recent experience managing advertising for U.S. brands and a proven ability to optimize campaigns that drive revenue, customer acquisition and profitable growth. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Build audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting and lookalikes.
• Execute creative, copy and landing page A/B tests.
• Monitor budgets and maximize ROAS.
• Implement and maintain conversion tracking with GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel.
• Analyze performance and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with creative and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
• Stay current on platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing paid media for U.S.-based companies (mandatory).
• Experience with U.S. eCommerce consumer brands (mandatory).
• Excellent analytical skills and English communication.

Required skills

• Advanced experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing performance budgets and optimizing ROAS, CPA and CAC.
• Preferred: Shopify, Klaviyo or similar email platforms, CRO and attribution models, and creative testing frameworks for DTC brands.
