Mechanical Piping BIM Specialist – Vendor Track (Remote LATAM)

About the role

ENG is looking for a Mechanical Piping BIM Specialist to join real U.S.-based construction projects. This full‑time vendor‑track position offers remote work from LATAM, paid in USD from day one, with a clear path to a staff role.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate LOD 400 mechanical piping models using Revit.
• Create and manage shop drawings, spool drawings, and hanger layouts.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with Navisworks.
• Review construction drawings and project documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams on U.S. construction projects.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree or related background.
• 3+ years of mechanical BIM experience, including LOD 400 construction modeling.
• Strong Revit and Navisworks skills.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
• Immediate or near‑immediate availability and own workstation.
