About the role
As a Lead Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for new business opportunities, turning inbound interest and outbound outreach into qualified sales pipelines for AVEVA’s Direct Sales team. You will work remotely from Poland, collaborating with local marketing, sales and technical teams to drive growth in your assigned market.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop and qualify new opportunities from inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct research, cold calls and discovery meetings to uncover customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and technical stakeholders to align activities with market priorities.
- Utilise prospecting tools, CRM, social‑selling and automation platforms to engage prospects.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in the AVEVA Lead Management process.
- Meet and exceed personal KPIs for activity, booked meetings and opportunities transferred.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and go‑to‑market approaches.
- Experience conducting cold calls, discovery sessions and creating simple business presentations.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
