About the role

The company is a fast‑growing consumer‑goods leader seeking a Marketing & Trade Marketing Manager to lead the full execution of brand and trade plans. The role combines strategic vision with hands‑on implementation, focusing on the pharmacy channel.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the marketing plan for multiple brands.
• Coordinate campaigns, promotions, product launches and seasonal actions.
• Manage agencies, suppliers, briefs, budgets and communication materials.
• Design, coordinate and implement trade‑marketing initiatives.
• Ensure proper implementation of strategies at points of sale.
• Conduct frequent field visits, especially in the pharmacy channel.
• Supervise displays, POP materials, promotions and activations.
• Analyze commercial and marketing indicators together with Commercial and Commercial Intelligence teams.
• Identify opportunities and propose actions to improve brand positioning, rotation and growth.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Commercialization, Administration, Advertising, Commercial Engineering, Communication or related fields.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing.
• Proven experience executing plans, campaigns, brand management and point‑of‑sale actions.
• Experience working with agencies and suppliers.
• Strong command of Excel and analytical tools.
• Own vehicle and permanent availability for field visits.
