HR Manager – Automotive Greenfield Plant

About the role

As the HR Manager you will lead the creation and launch of the HR function for a brand‑new automotive greenfield plant in Paraguay. You will build the foundation for talent acquisition, workforce planning, compliance and culture, ensuring the plant is ready to meet its production milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR structures, policies, processes and systems aligned with Motherson and PKC standards.
• Lead large‑scale recruitment and workforce planning to match project timelines.
• Develop onboarding programs and capability‑building initiatives.
• Drive performance management, succession planning and employee development.
• Set up compensation, benefits, payroll and HR administration in compliance with local labor law.
• Foster a positive organizational culture and employee relations.
• Ensure EHS implementation and compliance with labor regulations.
• Provide HR analytics and act as a strategic partner to plant management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in an international automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in recruitment and employer branding.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
• Leadership, initiative‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting.
• Familiarity with IATF standards and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
