About the role

Nanomix Paraguay is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the definition and implementation of the company’s commercial strategy. The role focuses on achieving sales and profitability targets while supporting the growth of agricultural production services across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with sales and profit objectives.
• Coordinate and lead the commercial team, overseeing campaign planning and execution.
• Monitor performance through KPIs and data analysis, preparing regular reports for decision‑making.
• Develop new market opportunities, open distribution channels, and expand the client portfolio throughout Paraguay.
• Negotiate key contracts with customers and suppliers, managing agreements and ensuring compliance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agricultural sector.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data, generate reports, and support strategic decisions.
• Proven experience in commercial management, including goal setting, performance tracking, and growth strategy development.
• Knowledge of business planning, budgeting, and market analysis.
• Leadership skills to motivate and coordinate teams toward collective objectives.
• Experience in contract management and negotiation with clients and suppliers.
• Comfort presenting technical or commercial information to public audiences.
• Excellent communication, result‑orientation, time‑management, and adaptability to market changes.
