About the role
The Developer Support role is a full‑time remote position focused on helping developers integrate and use Kyra SMS products and APIs across LATAM. You will work directly with developer partners to resolve technical issues and improve the overall developer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to technical inquiries, diagnose integration and configuration problems, and guide users through implementation steps.
- Review logs and API requests, reproduce reported issues, and collaborate with engineering to resolve bugs.
- Contribute to documentation, FAQs, and technical resources, and provide feedback to improve SDKs and workflows.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of web technologies and APIs (REST, JSON, HTTP).
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
- Experience in developer or technical support, including troubleshooting and issue triage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
