Customer Success Program Manager

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to build and run our customer success program from the ground up. You will own the end‑to‑end journey, ensuring smooth onboarding, effective training, and long‑term retention while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding‑to‑retention workflow.
• Conduct direct follow‑ups and check‑ins to catch and solve problems early.
• Coordinate across sales, accounting, and product as issues arise.
• Build the systems and processes as you go – the role is not fully defined yet.
• Report progress and flag issues before they become larger problems.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience managing people or complex processes.
• Track record of taking on responsibility without close supervision.
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Career history showing sustained interest in customer success or program management.
