CRM & MarTech Platform Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a CRM & MarTech Platform Specialist to help teams across the Nordics unlock the full value of our customer engagement technology. The role focuses on Bloomreach Engagement (CDP) and aims to drive adoption, establish consistent ways of working, and enable efficient delivery of personalized customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Bloomreach Engagement capabilities into practical customer‑engagement use cases and drive platform adoption.
• Build and nurture an active end‑user community through onboarding, training, coaching, demos and hands‑on guidance.
• Educate users on new platform features, data capabilities and best‑practice application.
• Review campaign implementations, suggest improvements based on guidelines, best practices and CX principles.
• Establish scalable ways of working, including shared templates, documentation, naming conventions and reusable resources.
• Support governance and lifecycle management to keep shared assets structured, documented and consistently used across markets.
• Provide functional guidance on privacy, consent and regulatory requirements for customer‑engagement activities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for functional platform questions, resolve issues and coordinate technical escalations.
• Identify opportunities to improve the platform experience and reduce time‑to‑market.

Required profile

• Experience in platform enablement, key‑user, system administration, MarTech, CRM or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Bloomreach CDP is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to help users adopt new technology through training, coaching and clear communication.
