Business Development Manager – Construction, Interiors & Distribution

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead B2B sales of our PET felt acoustic panels across Paraguay. The role is field‑based, requiring frequent visits to architects, construction firms, interior design studios, distributors and material retailers to create and nurture commercial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales of complete PET felt panels to professional buyers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, construction material stores, interior design firms and other B2B customers.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities with architects, developers, contractors and interior designers.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to clients, studios and construction sites.
• Present product samples, technical documentation and customized solutions.
• Detect opportunities for bespoke 3D designs, CNC‑processed components and other tailored applications.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and project progress with professional diligence.
• Collaborate directly with the owners to shape the Paraguayan market strategy.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience in construction, building materials, interior fit‑out, furniture, wall or ceiling systems, or related sectors.
• Existing professional network in Paraguay, especially among architects, contractors, interior designers, distributors and material retailers.
• Strong ability to generate new business opportunities and build long‑term client relationships.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel regularly to meet clients.
