Bilingual HR Recruiter – Call Center (English/Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual Human Resources Recruiter to join our high‑volume call‑center team. This full‑time, on‑site position combines end‑to‑end recruitment with basic HR analytics, supporting the hiring of frontline staff and enabling data‑driven HR decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for Customer Service Representatives, Team Leaders, and administrative roles.
• Partner with operations managers to define staffing needs and design talent‑acquisition strategies.
• Post jobs, source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain an HR‑shared database with up‑to‑date folders for current and potential vacancies.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, and compliance for new hires.
• Support documentation for onboarding, off‑boarding, and internal movements of call‑center staff.
• Update physical and digital personnel files for operational and administrative employees.
• Handle employee information such as benefits, attendance, vacations, leaves, and absences.
• Prepare employment verification letters, training certificates, and university documents.
• Process vacation and sick‑leave requests and respond to employee inquiries.
• Assist in creating basic HR reports on attendance, turnover, and performance.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR analysis, preferably in a call‑center or BPO environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
