About the role

Blacksmith Agency is building an AI automation layer into every part of how we work. • Integrate with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, including tool use and function calling.
• Create internal tools that reduce manual hours across design and development processes.
• Build automation pipelines connecting WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and the internal CMS.
• Implement MCP server integrations as part of the broader AI stack.

Required profile

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
