About the role

APEX América Paraguay is looking for a motivated Tele‑sales Advisor to join its Customer Experience team in Asunción. You will work on the phone to promote the company’s solutions, generate leads and close sales while delivering a high‑quality experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
Present product benefits, address objections and negotiate terms.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

Strong commercial attitude and a passion for sales.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work full‑time, Monday to Saturday, 11 am‑8 pm.
