About the role

As a Commercial Advisor at ProHygiene, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and generating new business opportunities for professional hygiene products and services. The position is full‑time, onsite in Asunción, Paraguay, and focuses on delivering high‑quality, personalized service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct face‑to‑face sales visits, present proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Follow up on quotations, close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prospect new clients and maintain the existing portfolio.
• Record all activities in the company’s internal tools.
• Collaborate with logistics, administration and technical service teams to guarantee a positive customer experience.
• Participate in commercial marketing actions and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, both in person and via phone or digital channels.
• Proven sales and negotiation experience with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of commercial marketing and ability to support promotional and loyalty actions.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in services, hygiene or professional products.
• Ability to organise a visit agenda, work autonomously and use office tools.
