About the role
The Spare Parts Sales Advisor will support customers in selecting and purchasing spare parts, preparing quotations, processing orders and monitoring deliveries. The role involves both face‑to‑face and telephone interactions, ensuring a personalized and solution‑focused experience.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on the selection of spare parts for machinery.
- Prepare and manage quotations and sales orders.
- Track order status, delivery schedules and handle any claims.
- Respond to in‑person and phone inquiries with clear, timely information.
- Maintain accurate commercial documentation and close sales transactions.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on building trust.
- Proven experience in sales and commercial management.
- Ability to follow up on budgets, orders and customer complaints.
- Experience with machinery spare parts is preferred.
- Organized, proactive, team‑oriented and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Commercial management software for quotations and order processing.
