About the role

The Semi‑Senior Audit Analyst will lead field audit missions across the group's business units, ensuring compliance with internal policies and international standards. This position combines hands‑on audit execution with team leadership and reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site audits in various business units, including interviews, compliance testing, workpapers, and follow‑up of observations.
• Apply pre‑defined audit programs based on risk‑based methodology aligned with international standards.
• Guide and supervise a daily team of three junior analysts.
• Prepare audit reports and findings for the unit leader and the Board of Directors.
• Monitor action plans and outstanding observations to ensure timely closure.

Required profile

• Qualified Public Accountant (mandatory).
• 3‑5 years of experience in internal or external audit with a focus on field execution.
• Experience using structured audit programs or matrices.
• Preferred but not mandatory: training in risk management or internal control.
• Experience in multi‑unit companies is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of risk‑based audit methodology.
• Familiarity with international audit standards.
• Ability to prepare clear audit workpapers and reports.
