About the role
We are looking for Credit and Collections Analysts to strengthen our team. The role involves evaluating creditworthiness, managing overdue accounts, and supporting the recovery of outstanding balances. The position will work closely with the finance department, providing insights to improve credit policies and support the company's cash‑flow management.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze credit applications and assess risk.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Document collection activities and maintain accurate records.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve credit policies.
Required profile
- Experience in credit, collections, current accounts, or portfolio recovery.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Organized with a systematic approach to tracking and documentation.
- Proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
- Student or graduate in Administration, Accounting, Law or related fields.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office software.
