Partnerships Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Partnerships Coordinator to drive outbound campaigns, manage publisher relationships, and secure high‑impact brand mentions for an AI‑focused brand growth platform. The role blends research, negotiation, and data tracking to boost AI visibility for multiple client brands.

Key responsibilities

• Handle hundreds of weekly inbound collaboration emails across 5–10+ brand accounts.
• Evaluate websites, articles, and proposals against partnership criteria.
• Negotiate placement terms and pricing with publishers via email.
• Use Claude, AirOps, and email tools to draft efficient outreach responses.
• Log collaboration details, track deal stages, and report metrics in Google Sheets and Slack.
• Help build and refine operational playbooks in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer support, sales development (SDR), outreach, or digital negotiation.
• Native‑level written English (C2 proficiency).
• High attention to detail for high‑volume data entry and evaluation.
• Strong web‑research ability combined with persuasive email negotiation skills.
