B2B Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2B Sales Development Representative to join our client’s e‑vaping distribution team. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and building relationships with wholesale and retail decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to potential B2B customers.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Handle objections and challenging conversations with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
• Participate in mock sales calls or script‑based exercises during the interview process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cold calling and B2B outbound sales.
• Strong English communication skills with a confident phone presence (C2 level).
• Resilient, self‑motivated and able to work under performance‑driven conditions.
• Comfortable managing challenging customer interactions professionally.

Required skills

• RingCentral dialer software (provided by client).
• CRM platform for tracking leads and activities.
