About the role

The ETL and Data Quality Assistant will develop automated dashboards and reports in Excel, ensuring data extraction, quality, and standardisation according to internal guidelines. The role also supports the team with data analysis and process automation using VBA, Power Query and other Microsoft tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create reports and dashboards in Excel using advanced formulas, VBA macros and Power Query.
• Extract, consolidate and homogenise data from multiple sources while guaranteeing accuracy and quality.
• Provide technical and analytical support to ongoing projects.
• Produce technical documentation and record development assumptions and data logic.
• Interact with key users and project leaders to gather requirements and propose aligned solutions.

Required profile

• Graduate or university student in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Applied Mathematics or related fields.
• English proficiency is desirable.
• Strong analytical capability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Result‑oriented, proactive, collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, data modelling).
• VBA and macro automation for data processing and reporting.
• Data extraction, transformation and homogenisation.
• Experience with databases and data integration tools such as SharePoint, MS Access and SQL Server.
• Power Query and connections to external sources (APIs, CSV, Dataflow).
• Knowledge of Power Automate (MS Flow) – desirable.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools – desirable.
