Trade Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Trade Marketing Operations Coordinator to lead the execution and growth of a consumer‑electronics product portfolio in the local market. The role will drive retail excellence, support commercial initiatives, and strengthen relationships with key business partners on a freelance basis.

Key responsibilities

• Execute commercial and retail initiatives aligned with business objectives to maximise product performance.
• Identify market opportunities by monitoring consumer behaviour, industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns and in‑store activations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure consistent execution of commercial plans.
• Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs and market indicators, preparing accurate operational and performance reports.
• Oversee operational processes such as billing coordination and administrative follow‑up to guarantee efficient execution.
• Lead, coach and support the retail field team, promoting high performance and compliance with operational standards.
• Evaluate individual and team performance through regular KPI reviews and provide continuous feedback.
• Ensure all retail activities are executed according to company standards while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, sales, trade marketing or category management.
• Previous experience in the consumer‑electronics industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data, market insights and performance metrics.
• Excellent organisational, planning and project‑management capabilities.
• Proven leadership experience managing field or retail teams.
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of the local retail landscape and consumer market.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
