About the role
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead and strengthen our commercial team in Ciudad del Este. The role is based on‑site and requires a proactive leader who can drive results and support the growth of the branch.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives set by management.
- Participate in recruitment, selection and training of new commercial staff, especially in sectors such as telecommunications, credit services and appliances.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a sales team.
- Own transportation and residence close to the Ciudad del Este office.
- Experience in recruiting and training commercial personnel is a plus.
- Strong commercial mindset, leadership and result‑orientation.
