We are seeking a senior‑level Growth Marketing Specialist to shape the digital presence of a fast‑growing sales‑operations consultancy. In this full‑time position you will own the end‑to‑end marketing lifecycle, from website redesign to sophisticated HubSpot automation, driving measurable growth for owner‑led businesses across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the redesign and continuous management of the company website, ensuring a premium, authoritative brand identity.
• Architect, build, and optimise end‑to‑end HubSpot workflows to streamline lead generation, nurturing and conversion.
• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies for prospects and existing clients.
• Create and implement a consistent social‑media strategy targeting decision‑makers in the $2M‑$50M revenue segment.
• Launch integrated marketing campaigns aligned with consulting playbooks and sales‑optimization services.
• Monitor, analyse and report on marketing KPIs, iterating strategies based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile
