Sales Specialist

About the role

Unox, a market leader in high‑end ovens, is looking for a Sales Specialist to develop and manage sales opportunities in Uruguay and Paraguay. You will be responsible for expanding the brand’s presence, driving revenue, and building strong relationships with distributors and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement market development strategies across Uruguay and Paraguay.
• Manage all sales operations, including profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets.
• Establish and grow Unox’s presence through networking, events, and product demonstrations.
• Close sales by presenting product capabilities, handling objections, and building rapport.
• Organise marketing events such as exhibitions, product presentations, and Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions.
• Provide training for dealers, wholesalers, and partners on installation, maintenance, and operation.
• Coordinate administrative processes between headquarters, dealers, and distributors.
• Generate detailed reports using the company’s CRM system and monitor competition.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in the HoReCa sector or a sales role.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
