About the role

The multinational agro‑business company is expanding and seeks an Agronomist Engineer to lead technical development and market activities for the Santa Rita region. You will act as the bridge between the sales team, customers, and the technical department, ensuring product adoption and field performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute field trials and develop application protocols for commercial products.
• Provide technical training to clients, producers and sales staff.
• Conduct field visits, meetings and technical talks to strengthen product communication.
• Establish relationships with advisors, research institutions and local stakeholders.
• Generate reports and manage information using CRM and other tools.
• Support product launches and positioning in the market.

Required profile

• Graduated Agronomist Engineer.
• Fluent in Spanish and conversational Portuguese.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical development and market roles.
• Familiarity with the Santa Rita area and its agricultural context.
