Part-time Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Part‑time Social Media Manager to join the marketing team of a fast‑growing e‑commerce brand that sells sustainable home goods. You will shape and execute social media strategies that boost brand awareness, engage the community, and drive traffic to the online store.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media plans across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Create, curate and schedule graphics, videos and written posts using tools such as Canva.
• Monitor trends, conversations and opportunities on social channels.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Track performance metrics and produce regular analytics reports.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align social efforts with campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social platforms and best practices.
• Excellent written communication and basic graphic‑design/video‑editing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

• Canva (or similar graphic‑design tool)
• Buffer or Hootsuite (social‑media scheduling)
• Social‑media analytics platforms
