International B2B Sales Executive – IT Asset Disposition

About the role

The position is focused on international B2B sales, client acquisition and lead conversion for the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) business. You will promote and sell used, refurbished and surplus IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, servers and networking gear to distributors, wholesalers, retailers and corporate buyers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Handle international B2B sales and business development within the ITAD sector.
• Make outbound calls, emails and follow‑ups with overseas clients and IT asset buyers.
• Generate and convert qualified leads for bulk IT asset purchases.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, refurbishers and importers.
• Present VSTL's inventory, including grading, specifications and bulk lot details.
• Negotiate pricing and close international sales deals on IT asset lots.
• Manage customer accounts to ensure repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
• Research international markets and identify new resale and disposition opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and data‑sanitisation teams for order execution.

Required profile

• Graduate, local resident of Paraguay.
• Experience in international sales, B2B, export, IT hardware or ITAD preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong cold‑calling and negotiation abilities.
