Cajero – Operaciones de Caja

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Cashier to join Chacomer Automotores. The role involves handling customer payments and managing the workshop’s cash operations, ensuring accurate recording, control, and deposit of received funds.

Key responsibilities

• Issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes.
• Collect payments from customers and reconcile their accounts in the system.
• Receive, control, and deposit cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and transfers.
• Manage the petty cash fund for minor workshop expenses.
• Generate interest invoices for overdue customers at the time of collection.
• Maintain an orderly waiting area for customers and coordinate necessary maintenance.

Required profile

• University student studying Business Administration, Accounting, Commercial Engineering or related fields.
• Previous work experience, preferably in cash handling or cashier functions.
• Familiarity with accounting documents such as invoices and receipts.
• Responsibility, sense of belonging, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
