Workday Consultant – Remote (Full‑time)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Workday Consultant and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday HCM and Financials modules for global clients. You will work remotely, collaborating with a multicultural team of top‑tier tech talent to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation and configuration of Workday HCM or Financials modules.
• Architect and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Create advanced Calculated Fields and manage the Workday security model.
• Facilitate data exchange between Workday and third‑party systems using XML, XSLT, and SOAP/REST web services.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
• Provide guidance on Workday best practices to improve performance and user experience.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant or in a similar HCM/Financials technical role.
• Proven track record implementing and configuring Workday HCM or Financials.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
