Treasury Analyst – Global Fintech & Crypto (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Treasury Analyst to join a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform. In this fully remote position you will support global liquidity, cash positioning, and treasury operations across multiple countries, ensuring smooth multi‑currency cash flows.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash positioning using the Treasury Management System and monitor global liquidity.
• Reconcile all cash‑related accounts, including bank accounts, kiosk cash, and cash in transit, and produce KPI reports.
• Execute full bank account reconciliations and provide accurate reports for the monthly close.
• Manage domestic and international bank relationships, obtain statements, and resolve issues.
• Oversee fund disbursements to ensure compliance with internal procedures and International Accounting Standards.
• Maintain rolling cash forecasts (daily, 13‑week, 26‑week) to support working‑capital planning.
• Prepare ad‑hoc management reports on budget utilization, variances, and recommendations.
• Monitor compliance with the financial code of conduct, flag anomalies, and support investigations.
• Review budget proposals from other functions for technical accuracy.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in treasury or cash‑management roles within a global organization.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in multi‑currency environments.
• Proven track record of managing liquidity, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliations.
• Excellent understanding of International Accounting Standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting and communicate effectively with global teams.
