Trade Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Trade Marketing Coordinator to lead the execution and growth of our consumer electronics portfolio in the local market. You will be responsible for driving retail excellence, supporting commercial initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency while building strong relationships with key business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute commercial and retail initiatives aligned with business objectives to maximise product performance.
• Identify market opportunities by monitoring consumer behaviour, industry trends and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product launches, promotional campaigns and in‑store activations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure consistent execution of commercial plans.
• Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs and market indicators to spot improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and analyse operational and performance reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Oversee operational processes, including billing coordination and administrative follow‑up.
• Lead, coach and support the retail field team, promoting high performance and compliance with standards.
• Evaluate individual and team performance through regular KPI reviews and provide continuous feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, sales, trade marketing or category management.
• Previous experience in the consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data, market insights and performance metrics.
• Excellent organisational, planning and project‑management skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing field or retail teams.
• Outstanding communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
