About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tele‑sales Representative to join our commercial team at a retail store in Ciudad del Este. The role focuses on generating sales through phone calls and WhatsApp, building relationships with existing customers and supporting the external sales team.

Key responsibilities

Conduct sales calls and WhatsApp conversations to promote products and close deals.
Maintain and nurture a portfolio of customers, providing attentive service.
Follow up on quotations and ensure timely communication with prospects.
Assist the external sales team with order processing and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

Agility, proactivity, strong attention to detail and excellent customer interaction.
Basic computer literacy and ability to work with standard office systems.
Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities with proven sales‑closing experience.
