Technical Project Manager, Client Systems

About the role

InAir is a fully remote consulting firm that helps enterprises leverage Airtable and other low‑code platforms. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will own client projects from discovery through delivery while actively building solutions in Airtable.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, leading discovery calls and translating business goals into concrete requirements.
• Own project scope, priorities, timelines, and coordinate day‑to‑day execution with an Engineer.
• Configure Airtable tables, automations, and interfaces to deliver functional solutions.
• Review existing client implementations and improve their structure, usability, and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client‑facing or cross‑functional projects where you also built or configured the solution.
• Power‑user of low‑code tools (Airtable, Notion, Asana, HubSpot, Zapier, etc.) with the ability to design processes.
• Strong understanding of structured data and relational tables; formal database training is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• High accountability and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
