Technical Product Manager

About the role

Applaudo is looking for a Technical Product Manager to own multi‑quarter roadmaps, drive prioritisation and deliver AI‑enhanced product solutions. You will work independently, collaborate with US‑based stakeholders and act as the senior product voice for engineering and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the multi‑quarter roadmap and prioritisation strategy.
• Maintain a well‑groomed backlog with detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and clear alignment to business goals.
• Lead release planning, user acceptance testing, release notes and usage reporting.
• Facilitate discovery activities, conduct user interviews and translate insights into backlog items.
• Bridge engineering, design and business stakeholders, mediating conflicts and ensuring shared understanding.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) into documentation, prototyping and workflow acceleration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with end‑to‑end ownership of strategy, roadmaps and prioritisation.
• Strong Agile/Scrum fluency, including backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies and user story creation.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in English with senior US stakeholders and to defend trade‑off decisions.
• Experience in consulting or data‑centric product environments is a plus.

Required skills

• AI‑assisted workflow tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code.
• Figma for mockup reviews and design handoff.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies.
