Technical Manager – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Manager to act as the technical expert in client conversations, translating business needs into concrete solution proposals. This remote position blends deep technical knowledge with client‑facing skills to help shape and sell technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to meet leads and prospects, converting requirements into clear documentation and value propositions.
• Travel as needed to attend events and meet prospects, showcasing BairesDev’s capabilities.
• Lead technical discussions to define optimal solutions, team structures, and project estimates.
• Collaborate with presales on proposals, cost estimates, and team recommendations.
• Provide consultancy on best practices across software delivery, AI, data & analytics, cloud, and quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) building software with teams.
• 3+ years of specialized experience in a specific SDLC area, language, framework, or technology.
• Proven experience selling technology outsourcing through pre‑sales or sales teams.
• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one vertical domain.
• Experience with cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure technologies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
