About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Auditor at BairesDev, you will ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of recruitment audits across the organization. You will work remotely, handling complex, high‑impact cases and guiding junior auditors to raise the standard of hiring processes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex, sensitive, and high‑impact recruitment audits.
• Supervise and review evaluations performed by Junior Auditors.
• Lead calibration calls and standardize evaluation criteria across the audit team.
• Provide clear feedback and continuous‑improvement recommendations to hiring stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or audit roles.
• Proven track record auditing senior, specialized, and high‑volume recruitment positions.
• Hands‑on experience supervising and calibrating junior auditors.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
