Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Assistant Jr.

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Assistant to support the growth of our RE/MAX office. You will play a key part in attracting, contacting, and guiding new talent interested in a career as real‑estate agents.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and reach out to potential candidates.
• Manage and follow up on the recruitment pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews, informational sessions, and talent‑attraction events.
• Develop relationships with universities, cooperatives, job fairs, community groups, and other candidate sources.
• Activate referral strategies through our network of agents and contacts.
• Continuously propose new methods to attract talent to RE/MAX Guimar.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or recruitment.
• Strong commercial mindset, initiative, persistence, and results orientation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Organizational skills and goal‑driven attitude.
• Relevant studies in Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields are a plus.
