Solution Engineer

About the role

As a Solution Engineer at Infobip, you will act as the technical bridge between our platform and customers, delivering accurate solutions, integrations, and deployments that help clients evolve their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions and expertise for customer deployments, connectivity, and integrations.
• Collaborate with regional teams, acting as project manager or supporting senior leads.
• Conduct demos, proofs‑of‑concept, and enablement sessions, documenting outcomes.
• Collect technical requirements, design integration plans, and produce detailed documentation.
• Handle technical and security questionnaires and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Infobip’s products and technical capabilities.
• Understanding of customers’ business needs and ability to match them with suitable solutions.
• Ability to identify innovative use cases for the platform.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with sales and technical teams.
• Intermediate project‑management experience and willingness to consult senior engineers.
