Senior Manager – Tax Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Tax Consulting practice in Asunción. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, advising on both local and international tax matters and delivering strategic tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on local and overseas tax affairs, including indirect taxes and global enterprise tax solutions.
• Identify and reduce tax risks, ensure compliance, and implement tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead dispute resolution with tax authorities and manage tax accounting and reporting issues.
• Participate in projects covering international tax, mergers and acquisitions, state and local tax accounting, regulatory processes, and tax reporting.

Required profile

• Senior Manager level with proven experience in tax consulting.
• Ability to give constructive feedback, collaborate across teams, and communicate clearly.
• Strong analytical mindset, risk‑management awareness, and commitment to ethical standards.
