Senior Manager, Marketing Services & Partnerships

About the role

Toptal is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Marketing Services and Partnerships within its global Marketing Agency organization. This remote position combines solution architecture, sales enablement, partnership management, and client‑facing business development to drive revenue and expand service offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead proposals and RFP responses for large, complex enterprise engagements, acting as a solutions counterpart and marketing subject‑matter expert.
• Own go‑to‑market execution for strategic partnerships (e.g., Hawke Media, Writer), defining structure, pricing, and co‑sell motions and converting them into measurable revenue.
• Develop and package core service catalog across project‑based, managed, and retainer models to simplify sales and client purchase.
• Represent the Marketing Agency with prospective and existing enterprise clients, driving new business and owning outcomes.
• Design AI‑enabled offerings for clients and champion practical AI adoption within the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture, enterprise deal support, and partnership go‑to‑market execution.
• Strong background in business development and client‑facing roles within marketing or agency environments.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed team.
• Senior‑level expertise with a track record of delivering revenue‑generating outcomes.
