Senior JavaScript Automation Tester

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Automation Tester with strong JavaScript expertise to join an Agile product team. You will work on customer‑facing web applications and APIs, creating and maintaining automated test suites that ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests for web applications and APIs using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Enhance existing automation frameworks (WebDriverIO, Selenium) and test utilities.
• Create automated coverage for new features and regression scenarios.
• Execute functional and regression testing as part of the release process.
• Investigate test failures, collaborate with developers to identify root causes, and manage defects.
• Support integration of automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines and test‑management tools (qTest, TestRail).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and share automation best practices with the team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of test‑automation experience for web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, test design, and defect management.
• Experience working in Agile teams with good communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
