Senior Java Backend Engineer – Integrations (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer to design and implement integration services that connect our platform with external systems. You will work remotely, applying strong API design, event‑driven synchronization, and secure multi‑tenant authentication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Java backend services for API and system integrations (REST, webhooks, event‑driven sync).
• Implement OAuth flows and multi‑tenant permissioning and authentication logic.
• Build ETL pipelines, including connectors, parsers, and schema normalization.
• Integrate with platforms such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Slack, and iManage.
• Ensure connector reliability through contract testing, versioning, and regression coverage.

Required profile

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Deep experience with API and systems integration (REST, webhooks, event‑driven sync).
• Hands‑on experience with OAuth and multi‑tenant authentication flows.
• Background in ETL, data pipelines, and connector development.
• Experience integrating with M365, Outlook, Teams, Slack, or iManage.
• Advanced English communication skills.
