Senior Finance Analyst – Fast‑Growing Global Accommodation Business

About the role

The Flex is scaling its flexible‑accommodation platform internationally and needs a senior finance professional to own and improve its financial infrastructure. You will work directly with founders and senior leaders, providing insight into cash flow, profitability and strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day financial reporting and controls, ensuring accuracy and completeness for management.
• Identify manual finance processes, design efficient workflows and partner with engineering to automate them.
• Reconcile payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings and other channels.
• Reconcile bank accounts, track accounts payable/receivable and resolve discrepancies.
• Review supplier invoices, manage statutory filings and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and banking partners.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for real‑time performance visibility.
• Analyse financial performance by property, city, country and business unit.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow, plan capital requirements and identify financial risks.
• Support due‑diligence for acquisitions, investments and new market launches.

Required profile

• Senior‑level finance professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Experience working across accounting, reporting, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, revenue management and senior leadership.
• Comfortable handling multi‑jurisdictional compliance and statutory filings.
• Ambitious and ready to grow into finance‑leadership roles as the company expands.
