Senior Cloud & VDI Solutions Architect

About the role

Cybele Software is looking for a Senior Cloud & VDI Solutions Architect to help enterprises design, deploy, and optimise secure virtual desktop and application environments using Thinfinity Workspace. You will work across multiple cloud platforms and guide customers through modernisation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise IT teams, leading deployment, rollout and optimisation of VDI solutions.
• Design delivery architectures for virtual desktops and applications, using reverse‑proxy access, RDP, VNC, SSH and gateway hardening.
• Support cloud‑based projects on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and hybrid deployments on Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Assist migrations from Citrix or VMware Horizon to Thinfinity’s web‑based platform.
• Guide Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and Remote Privileged Access Management (RPAM) implementations.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to feed customer feedback into the product roadmap.
• Travel to client sites and events in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia and the USA.
• Create documentation, architecture diagrams and training materials for customer teams.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in cloud, virtualization or VDI solution architecture.
• Proven background with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or VMware Horizon.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in complex technical ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
