Senior AI Engineer (Python, LLMs) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with deep expertise in Python and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design and deliver production‑grade AI applications. The role is fully remote and focuses on building scalable retrieval‑augmented generation pipelines and semantic search solutions for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search capabilities.
• Develop high‑performance application layers that integrate with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI).
• Architect automated ETL/ELT processes to ingest and prepare unstructured data for AI workflows.
• Implement evaluation loops and monitoring frameworks to ensure accuracy, safety, and reliability of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify strategic automation opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and hands‑on experience integrating LLMs via OpenAI APIs.
• Proven track record building and optimizing RAG workflows and semantic search.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or agentic workflows.
• Advanced English proficiency.
