Senior Accounting Analyst – LATAM

About the role

Join Integrated Business Services LATAM, the Nestlé service centre in Asunción, as a Senior Accounting Analyst. You will support end‑to‑end accounting operations across multiple LATAM markets, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and support accounting processes across LATAM markets, adhering to timelines, accounting calendars and governance.
• Perform analysis and reconciliation activities, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Accounting Operations team and internal stakeholders, providing insights and status updates.
• Maintain compliance with operating standards, SLAs, accounting policies and internal controls, ensuring audit readiness.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives through standardisation, automation and digitalisation.
• Act as functional backup, supporting onboarding and knowledge‑transfer activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication.
• Experience with SAP and solid accounting knowledge.
• Degree (or ongoing studies) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
