Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align talent acquisition with business goals.
