Remote Scrum Master (Agile Coach)

About the role

Join a global technology services firm as a Remote Scrum Master, guiding cross‑functional teams through Agile delivery cycles. You will coach, unblock, and ensure high‑quality outcomes for clients ranging from startups to Fortune‑500 companies.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) across distributed teams.
• Coach team members on Scrum practices and help them adopt Agile principles.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine backlog items, clarify requirements, and estimate effort.
• Track progress using Agile metrics and generate transparent reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve impediments, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Legal right to work in the United States (B1‑B2 visa or ESTA).
• Experience in IT or software development environments is preferred.
