Remote DevOps Engineer – R&D

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its Research & Development team. You will help modernize the company’s infrastructure, ensure reliable delivery pipelines, and support integration with third‑party services, all while working 100% remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in migrating infrastructure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Design, implement and maintain alerting and monitoring systems across the entire stack.
• Complete the transition to a CI/CD deployment model.
• Provide support for integrations with payment rails, SMS/Email, KYC, analytics and other external services.
• Own InfoSec compliance initiatives by implementing and enforcing appropriate processes and standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience.
• Strong background with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building and operating micro‑services in cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, clean code, and scalable architecture.
• Advanced English proficiency.
