Regional Finance Analyst

About the role

Join Rhenus, a leading global logistics provider, as a Regional Finance Analyst supporting our LATAM operations. You will work closely with finance teams across several countries, turning financial data into actionable insights for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze regional financial information and deliver insights for decision‑making.
• Support regional budgeting, monthly reporting and performance monitoring.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of financial processes across LATAM.
• Identify cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities together with local teams.
• Assist in the implementation of financial systems, processes and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to local finance teams throughout the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar finance role.
• English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting concepts.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Experience in regional or multinational environments is a plus.
